Mr. Garcia is a former U.S. Army
Paratrooper and Marine Corps Infantryman with more than 25 years of
experience in tactical, anti-terrorism, and physical security
operations. Throughout his career Mr. Garcia has held numerous
managerial, supervisory and training positions within the military
and civilian security sector.
Mr. Garcia has provided oversight
and instructed security workshops in anti-kidnapping
countermeasures, anti-terrorism / force protection tactics, vehicle
searches, entry control procedures, force continuum / deadly force,
maritime security, surveillance detection, personal protection, and
defensive firearms. He is highly trained in personal protection
tactics, anti-terrorism operations, physical security concepts,
small unit tactics, military operations other than war, and urban
warfare.
As a member of the military and in
the private sector Mr. Garcia has operated, instructed, and
traveled throughout the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Europe, and
Mexico. Mr. Garcia has written security articles that have appeared
in the "Latin Business Chronicle", " ALLSAFE Travels", "Expat
Exchange", and "The Panama News".
